Cain Fence and Deck

Last summer I had Chris Cain and his team completely rebuild my front deck and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They customized the stairs with a shorter rise to make it easier and safer for me to go up and down with my cane. I also had them add an acrylic cover so I can enjoy the deck even when raining. The team was friendly and communicative and responsive to all the issues that come up during a project like this. Recently I asked them to build a bench to fit along one end of the deck and one of his team came out and had it built in under two days. The seat is hinged to allow for storage underneath, and vertical pieces along the front make it more decorative than the average bench. We recently had to repair some stairs that were built, but didn’t pass the city code requirements. Most companies that we received bids from required the removal of the stairs and building something totally different and the quoted cost was INSANE. Chris came by and offered to use what was currently there and just add to the stairs. His quote undercut everyone else by a mile because of this. His team came by and finished the work really fast, and even worked in the rain. These guys do amazing work and I cannot recommend them enough. We plan on using this same company to repair/rebuild a shed on the property this year.

These guys know their stuff! We used them for a small paver path and deck (which involved some intricacies/not completely straight forward, but they didn’t blink at that). We got several quotes, but they were the clear choice due to easy and prompt communication, follow-through on things as promised, skill in their craft, and fair pricing. Inevitable hiccups were handled with integrity and Chris was very professional, available, and kind, from start to finish.
