For paying an irrigation tax the lady was incredibly nice. It's hidden and hard to find the building. Not on a paved road
These people are friendly and accommodating and they have a pretty thankless job. Kudos for courage under fire
The water is always off. I water at night and every other night. I have to use city water or manually turn on my sprinklers during the day. Need to lower the prices since we don't get the water we pay for.
The ladys that work in the front desk are always supper nice and quick
