Called because I couldn’t get ahold of the last company that came out. The last company told me I would need 1000$ worth of work on my ac system. Caldwell put me on the schedule and was here in a couple hours. They took a look at my hvac system and informed us we just needed to rest our thermostat and fixed it for us! Thank you for being honest! 10/10 will recommend to anyone and will be a customer again in the future!
Caldwell mechanical provided excellent service by sourcing an expansion tank and rental chiller in the middle of summer when none were available. They quickly implemented a solution to our issue and got us running smoothly. The team was professional, and very knowledgeable. My AC unit decided to start acting up this summer. My family was getting miserably hot since the unit wasn’t cooling. I explained what it was doing. Gary, Dylan and Cody came and got to the root of the problem. Fixed it and we are back to being cool again. Excellent service! I highly recommend Mr. Caldwell and his team.
