I have had there services for almost 3 or 4 years now, never had any issues, they always did an amazing job until the last few months they raised there prices a little bit and they went from notifying me almost a week in advance of any scheduled services and if I told them it was good and didn't need to be mowed, they would skip mowing it that time, to only notifying me the day before.... then to if I said it was fine and didn't need to be mowed they would mow it anyways and charge me.... the last time they mowed it I had told them it was good and did not need to be mowed, the service was not as good as usual, grass was left high in areas and there was a strip of grass that was missed completely, when I brought it up I offered to take pictures and was told he would come by and look, but
