I can't say enough things about the Caldwell team. They exceeded our expectations at every turn! They communicated prior to the visit, gave us a target 3 day project, and were done in two days. The team was incredibly professional. We had a visit from the Sandy Springs arborist (they were super nice and friendly) and the Caldwell reputation definitely made things go more smoothly. All the team members were approachable and happy to discuss their activities and there was no chaos. Every step looked planned and orchestrated. Just looking at their equipment you know that they take pride in their jobs. All the equipment is spotless and in perfect condition. Outstanding experience with Caldwell Tree Care company. We had Bradford Pear tree affected by ice storm. I called Expert Arborist Jason Bramlett who did excellent work on a prior tree removal for us. He promptly arrived, did a very thorough examination of the tree and recommended removal. He provided a detailed work estimate and a fair price proposal. He set up the scheduled work. Everyone at Caldwell is a Top Notch professional - from General Manager David Cheek, who is an Army Ranger OIF/OEF combat veteran, to Karen, to Ashley at the office to The Team who did the crane tree removal. Caldwell Tree Care is an excellent company if you want professionals who truly care about trees. Jamie, DJ, Adam, and Brendan, pruned a sweet gum tree with branches over wiring to my house, and removed a dead limb from a very large magnolia tree. They treated my yard like it was their own. They also cleared away brush. My yard was left free of debris. They did a truly great job and were fun to talk to as well. I will certainly call Caldwell Tree Care again. M. Spencer

I couldn't be happier with the tree trimming and hand pruning services of Caldwell. The team was so professional and got to work right away, and showed up right on time at 8:30 am as promised. So happy to have worked with Jason, Terry, and their crew. It became obvious very quickly that they know exactly what they're doing. My yard looks so clean now and feels like they gave it a much needed facelift. I can't wait to see how the trees and shrubs fill in as the weather gets warmer. We contracted with Caldwell Tree Care last spring, mainly to address a couple of very large trees that showed some concern. They knew exactly what the problem was and recommended a plan to address the issue and also provide recommendations and care for our entire yard's trees and shrubs. Will was so great to work with! Nice to have one consistent arborist handle our trees and shrub care for the entire year. If you have a good deal of trees and shrubs, don't rely on a regular lawn company to handle them, they do grass, they are not specialists in trees and shrubs.
