Caliber Collision

I hit a deer a few weeks ago, contacted my insurance company and they recommended Caliber Collision. The process was painless. The vehicle was repaired without a lot of fuss and I was kept completely updated throughout the repair process. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for any type of automotive body and paint repair.

They did a great job on my car. 2021 Chevy Malibu. I have only had the car for 6 months and my neighbor accidentally backed into it. After taking it to Caliber, it looked better than it did, when I bought it. They have great Customer Service and take Pride in their work.

I told my mother not to take her car to Caliber because I have heard they give you the run around. Sure enough, she takes her car there in November 2025, and as of February 2026, still does not have the right parts. State Farm insurance is also a joke, but Caliber did nothing to help with some of the questions and concerns my mother had. Mainly, the fact that State Farm wanted to put after market trash on a newish Lexus in the form of AE headlights, fog lights and some other parts. Caliber can only do what State Farm will pay for, but when my mother offered to pay the difference to get the original manufactures equipment, caliber said she would have to take it up with State Farm. They did an amazing job at repairing the bumper of my truck after I was in an accident. You honestly can’t even tell where the damage was and they always kept me updated during the repair process. They were even nice enough to clean the outside and inside of my vehicle.
