California Classics Floors

I had an issue with my local California Classics dealer and their installer. While my Maui dealer gets low marks, California Classics (the manufacturer) was amazing. Their customer service agent Tanda did a truly outstanding job both educating me about the issue, as well how to resolve it. Through many phone calls, text messages and emails California Classics proved themselves to be an honorable company. Be sure and ask for Tanda!

DO NOT BUY THESE FLOORS!!!! They completely absorb any type of water that drops and makes black marks all over. I think there is mold growing on them. I am soooooo disappointed with these floors. I tried contacting the company several times and have a claim open but no one is helping me. They have the worst customer service. Now I have to get a lawyer because they won’t respond to me. I will be be filing a complaint with the business bureau as well. I can send anyone pictures to show as well. I am so upset after spending $20k on these floors. I am surprised there aren’t more negative reviews on here.

Floors are garbage. White French Oak floors were installed in a second home, and before 1 year were already looking dirty even though they have been maintained meticulously per manufacturer’s instructions. I also have areas of peeling where there is zero foot traffic. California Classics has been very dishonorable, denying my claim from pictures only prior to any physical inspection. My flooring re-seller that I have purchased other hardwood floors from, is so disgusted with the quality and California Classics refusal to honor their warranty that he says he will no longer be selling their products.

We are having the same issues as the above poster where there are very dark spots forming on our floors. They have only been installed less than a year and I noticed this 6 months in. Will be contacting to have this issue resolved
