Freddy and his team were very professional and reliable. From the initial consultation to the installation, everything was clear, on time, and done cleanly. The flooring came out beautifully installed—straight, detailed, and exactly as discussed. If anything came up during the process, Freddy communicated clearly and handled it the right way, not cutting corners. I selected them because they had good reviews but they ghosted me. We had an appointment for Saturday morning, Freddy emailed me that morning alerting me that he had an emergency so could not make it. He asked for alternate times. I gave him some. He said he would do his best to be here Monday between 4 and 6 and that if that didn't work he would be here Wednesday at 10am. Never heard from him again. Didn't show.

We hire California Square Foot from a reference from a few friends to redo our stairs. We had our stairs done before but the previous company did a horrible job. Freddy and his crew are very friendly, professional and timely. The price was very reasonable compare to other companies. I would recommend California Square Foot to anyone and will be using them for my future projects.
