Great Experience! Joe, the master electrician, was amazing and his experience and knowledge proved invaluable when troubleshooting and addressing our electrical service needs. The team was professional and the work completed was outstanding. The customer service was just amazing. Sadly, I have gotten used to poor customer service at many places but that was not the case with Calkins Electric. Sarah and Rima were so friendly and helpful. Sarah kept us updated during the permitting process and Rima communicated regularly throughout the completion of the project - we had no surprises. Very Satisfied Customers....

The crews were professional and polite. Joseph was our main contact, and he was able to solve all the problems that a very old home can present. They had the best estimate too. I would highly recommend Calkins Electric.

It started with Justin coming out and spending the time to get to the heart of the problem. Justin took his time and made sure he was recommending what needed to be done. I had to have two new panel boxes and breakers - Alex was awesome! He Took the extra measures to make sure the job was complete and genuinely cared about his work. He stuck to his word and made sure I was completely happy. Rick made sure I got the necessary permits pulled with the City in an expedited manner and was very helpful. Stephanie was awesome and worked hard to help Alex make sure I had power before the weekend. Jeremy was always pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone. Calkins installed a whole house surge protector yesterday. Tech Camden was so thorough and very professional. Tim was very helpful in setting up the appointment and answering questions. We have used Calkins for over 8 years, and highly recommend them. Their response is quick and their work is flawless.
