Call A Plumber

We’ve been using this business for several years, and they always get the job done! Most recently, Chuck came out to help with an issue that ended up being more complicated than expected — but he handled it quickly and thoroughly. As a longtime KB local, his knowledge of the community and older apt buildings (ours was built in the '70s) is such an asset. Pamela, who manages the office, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, responsive, and got us an appointment the very next day. Outstanding service all around. Highly recommend!

I’m here to say all the negative reviews are ACCURATE (I actually question if the positive reviews are actual customers that don’t have personal connections). I had the same experience as the person who said they were hung up on after telling them to get a new plumber. Well, I did just that after I was given the same advice from Charles. It was actually the best advice he had given me. I called a new plumber and they were out to my home within an hour and fixed the issue (low water pressure when using hot water in kitchen) in an hour for way less than they quoted me (the quote, Charles, you gave me for the clogged drain). Charles and Pamela at Call-A-Plumber epitomize they meaning of a hometown business that goes out of their way to help their customers solve a problem. Let’s face it. You don’t call for plumbing services if everything is working perfectly in your life! I had clients with a problem with their shower valve and Pamela and Charles helped me (and my clients) so much! They proactively reached out to my clients to personally speak with them to reassure them the problem was being resolved. The owner of the business, Charles Duncan, personally went to the distributor to pick up the part and he personally went to the location to install, making sure my client was kept informed at every step of the way. Now. Where do you get service like that these days? From Call A Plumber! So. Do yourselves a favor.

As the owner of a real estate company dealing in high-en properties, it’s imperative the service companies I use and refer are top notch. I have used Call A Plumber for years. The service and support they offer is impeccable. Among the business practices I most appreciate are their professionalism and promptness. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable. They have been able to quickly analyze and solve complex problems efficiently, not stopping until the issue is fixed the first time.
