Will Tompkins and his team handled a complete renovation of our high=end residential condo unit from assistance in design and complete demolition (slab to slab and demising wall to demising wall) to the installation of new walls, ceilings, floors, trim, cabinetry, and electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, all without any issues that were not quickly resolved and with us being off-site. Will made the decisions that I would have made if on site, and the project reflects the attention to detail of someone who knows what they should do and cares. I have no reservations to recommend Will and his firm and will definitely employ Tompkins Construction in our future construction projects.

I worked with Tompkins Construction on several different home improvement projects ranging from full renovations of bathrooms, improvements to the kitchen, new flooring, new lighting, custom carpentry work, painting, etc. Will is very knowledgeable. He answered all questions and gave great suggestions. He worked well with the subs to keep the projects on schedule. Highly recommended and look forward to working with Tompkins Construction on future projects.
