I haven’t had heat since Monday, 11/20/23. Call my heating and cooling Company that I have a maintenance contract with, busy with other calls and finally 2 days later just by describing my issues over the phone to the responding technician, he felt the system was unsafe and would not come over. Desperately called a few places, one of them was Carl Callahan ( I got his numbers thru a friend), I described the situation and he said he is doing a few service calls, and would come over later, He Showed up at 6:30pm (11/22/2023), much appreciated, he was here till 8:30 pm along with his wingman Adam, both are very nice and pleasant people, honest and knowledgeable, they were able to remedy and fix the issue. Overall great guy and incredible customer service. He came right out the same day i called him on two separate occasions. I actually broke my arm while he was there and he helped put my son in his carseat for me. Fixed our furnace, which i thought we would need to replace. Carl definitely has our business from now on!
