Carlos was fantastic to work with on our home pre-inspection. He made himself available on very short notice as we were rushing to put in an offer on the home. He was very thorough in explaining everything and did not rush past any details. Highly recommend!!

Carlos came and helped me out when we had a bed bug scare. I had a newborn and my husband was out of town. Carlos came and spent time moving the furniture and helping me clean. He went above and beyond! I'd recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic home inspector. Very thorough and won't give you a cosmetic like report, but an actual report on the overall condition (good and bad) of the home. Felt like I knew everything about my future home after this experience. A+
