Our second exceptional experience with Mallick! A sudden broken pipe at a valve necessitating turning off all water to the house in the evening. A conversation with the after hours manager was very helpful and accommodating. The next morning Fred arrived with a positive attitude and was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the broken part and valve. Fred. Also conducted the Mallick 5 point inspection. Fred made a great recommendation for a product that can be installed to monitor for water leaks and turn off the water main in the event of a sudden leak. Mallick plumbing and heating came out today to inspect my janky boiler system that’s a patchwork of repairs from previous owners. I really appreciate Rob’s knowledge and how he asked what I’m wanting to do. In this case, I’d like to keep the old system run a couple more years. He’s pointed out some areas causing issues or that can quickly turn from a small problem to a big one. He also has a lot of great advice on some things to consider when I get a new system in a couple of years. Rob and a trainee (I think Dan?) arrived right at the time they said they would. I recently used Mallick Plumbing for a random plumbing leak. I didn’t hesitate to call them because I was pleased with the services I previously received. As before, scheduling an appointment was easy. Within 2 business days, Rob and Arelson were dispatched to my home. They arrived within the scheduled time of my appointment. Rob introduced himself as the project lead and Arelson as his assistant. Rob and Arelson greeted me with the same level of professionalism and courtesy that I received from Jose, Luis, and Danial. Getting a visit scheduled as soon as possible was so easy and the team that showed up, Rob and Arleson, were top notch and so professional. I needed all of my bathroom sink plumbing moved and they didn’t even blink or look at me like I was nuts. The work was done right away and made accommodations for my setup.
