Modern Foundations did an excellent job with the foundation of my 3 level home. It was an extension and they had to do a complicated basement concrete. They also had to do a concrete sidewalk. As a physician, I did not have time to be there always. They did a remarkable job. The excavation was timely and the walls were put in a clean and accurate manner. The concrete work was extraordinary - with Jimmy Bennett using very innovative means to do a front porch and sidewalk that matched the house perfectly. Modern foundations also worked well with my architect and they communicated seamlessly. When I had a very minor problem, Patrick came in twice to get it fixed. Zero stars if I could. The company doesn’t clean stone and debris off their vehicles sending it flying at highway speeds when their drivers decide to cut you off and pull in front of you. I have a cracked windshield on a new vehicle because they can’t be bothered to appropriately clean their vehicles and/or secure their cargo.

I came home early and found crew working on sidewalk using MY Electrical outlet to power their tools ! Crew conveniently didn't speak enough english to respond to my reaction. Foreman told me they knocked on my door and since I didn't answer, he decided to go ahead and use MY electric. I don't trust these people to fill cracks much less to do a deceit job on walkways.

We had a 6" floor poured in our 24x36 tractor barn. Everyone was very professional. bryan, Harry and the work crew all did a great job. The crew manager spoke to my husband on the phone and answered all of his questions on the day they started excavation. Modern Foundation provided great service and quality at a great price.

Had work done last year. they did a fantastic job beautiful retaining wall and sidewalks couldn't recommend a better company.
