My roof was a tough one.‘I wanted the roof decking and shingles removed and replaced. I found the employees of this company all customer oriented. There was no pressure to sign and I was given different options to repair my roof. Brandon the estimator examined my roof and attic and explained my choices. Jill the office manager kept me up to date on when my roof would be scheduled and always responded quickly to my emails. On the day of my job, the owner, Dave came out and we went over what they were going to do. The foreman worked hard and got on the roof To help his crew. When the job was done, he walked around the house to make sure there were no nails or garbage remain

We received a fair price and the project manager was very knowledgeable and clear. I appreciated receiving a list of recently completed jobs so we could view examples of different shingle colors in person. Team worked hard everyday from early morning until after the sun went down. The new roof looks great and the team did a thorough job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend DWM!

A wonderful company to do business with! We needed a repair on our roof, one of the valleys had begun leaking, and we noticed some slightly wavy plywood on the rear of our house. We had a visible leak dripping onto our garage ceiling. Brandon did an excellent job from start to finish communicating with us about what needed to be done. He got up on our roof and inspected the problem area, then got us a very reasonable quote back the same day. When it came time to schedule, they were very clear about how it is done, the timeframe, and addressing that weather would affect it. Two weeks later, the roofing crew came out and absolutely nailed the job, no pun intended! They really knocked this out fast, and they cleaned up every single piece and nail they had taken off. From start to finish, getting my roof replaced was a pleasant experience. The team really did a great job with communicating, installing and cleaning up. They exceeded my expectations in work performed! I will definitely have them back to perform some additional work on my home in the near future once the budget allows. DWM was amazing to work with! I had them out several years ago when a friend was concerned about something on my roof that he thought might be an issue. David came out, went up on my roof and ended up telling me if it was his house he was doing nothing at that point. When the time did come to replace the roof, I knew I would most likely go with DWM...I did get a couple of other quotes to do due diligence and was pleased that DWM was the most cost efficient! Their communication was superb, they left the property spotless and the crew was all very professional and nice.
