We visited the Cambria Showroom in Orlando today, and our experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Lily T., who was kind, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through the showroom and specifically showed us the Britannica countertop we were interested in. What truly impressed us was her extra effort—she even arranged to bring a slab closer so we could see the details up close, which made a big difference in our decision-making. We went to the Cambria Distribution Center today and worked with Lily T. She was wonderful. She listened to what we wanted and she was able to show us all of the slabs and samples we wanted to help us finally make a decision for our kitchen remodel. Lily was so helpful and knowledgeable. She gave great guidance and designing ideas on using different patterns for the island and backsplash. We had so many questions and she was so patient and kind to answer every question we had. I've been to the Orlando showroom twice so far and everyone has been very helpful and professional. I especially want to acknowledge Lily Tirado. She is knowledgeable and has been patient with me as i like so many of the designs. She will help you in every way she can. We have Cambria in our home presently but are wanting to refresh the kitchen so looking at some new and different designs.

We had a great experience at the Cambria showroom in Orlando. Lilly was very helpful. We already knew what we wanted but she wanted to make sure we had seen everything and were sure of our choice. This company has the perfect trifecta of ladies providing customer service. Maria was our first point of contact upon making our call to set up an appointment. She’s very thorough with explaining about our arrival and about the Cambria company. Lily and Amelia were our tour guides visiting the massive yard of quartz slabs. They spent far longer with us than they probably should have, but accommodating me and my husband (me mostly) with making a decision on which quartz to choose for our kitchen renovation countertop. They even went as far as pulling out paint swatches to help us make the right combination of our sample cabinet door, countertop, and paint.
