Cambridge Pavingstones With ArmorTec

We installed Cambridge pavers on our patio - Toffee Onyx Lite. Initially the pavers looked great. A few months after installation we noticed some of the pavers started to deteriorate, which we let our installer know & they contacted Cambridge. The Cambridge rep came out, confirmed our issue and agreed to replace the pavers as they were covered by the warranty. He came several times and replaced the pavers; however hasn’t been able to replace with matching set. We’ve been patiently working through the process which has gone on for over 2 years now which I have now lost my patience since our beautiful patio looks like a checkerboard. So pavers themselves are typically a decent product but I would say the customer service is extremely poor. I would hope you don’t have any warranty issues - g

My contractor NJ Pavers talked me into using Cambridge pavers. Did a whole patio and spent 25k. Immediately, I saw discoloration on 80% of the pavers. The contractor came back tried to clean it. Cambridge rep Chris Krupa came and tried different things to clean it. Told me to wait all 4 seasons, this was "normal". The following spring, the pavers looked horrible. They looked about 10 years old. Had Chris from Cambridge come back. He agreed that they did not look good. The only option he gave me was he would seal my pavers at no cost once. But it would not take away the weathered look of them. You don't need to seal brand new pavers. Plus that is a cost I would have to keep up with. I read a couple of negative reviews about the pavers, and by looking at those pictures and Comments I can assure you with my 35 years experience, that there is nothing wrong with those pavers. Pavers are manufactured of a combination of Sand Cement and Color pigments and then molded in to shapes. The reactions that appear on concrete pavers its caused by the environment they are in, if the are close to water, close to specific trees or plants, if the water in a neighborhood you live in is reach in iron and mineral

The product speaks for itself. I recently had my patio done by @anthonypetermasonry. My pool patio is ten years old. The two look like they were done in the same job. It keeps the original color and looks like new. Also, Chuck, the Cambridge rep stopped by three times during the job which says something about this company.
