CAUTION! Be wary when using the ParkMobile app to pay for parking in this lot. Arrived slightly before 6 and downloaded the app and paid for parking - due to the bad design of the app, I was only able to pay until 6pm, which led my group of friends to think that parking after 6 was free - there were no signs indicating parking rates or parking hours near the entrance or the spots that we parked at. Returned to the car to find a $95 ticket sitting on the windshield. Noticed that there were tickets on quite a few cars that night as well! This is a straight up money grab TRAP and they are taking advantage of the retail customers. I was able to dispute it via the platinum parking site but they didn't dismiss the ticket, only lowered it to $45. Parking for retail customers is fairly limited in

Be careful of this parking garage especially if you visit for the first time. I was dining nearby where Google Map says parking is easy until it isn’t. At the parking garage, even if you paid your parking and displayed the receipt as instructed, they still issue you a violation ticket asking for $$$. This happened to me and other people who paid the parking, and all of us think this is scam and will dispute.
