Your parking security should be able to differentiate between an individual situating groceries out of their trunk to climb 3 stairs from suspicious activity. The older woman cruising the garage made me feel extremely uncomfortable hovering behind me in her unmarked Jeep Liberty. As a monthly paid parker, I do not appreciate the hassling.

Absolutely awful. I paid for monthly parking here and Park Roanoke gave me the wrong account number, so I paid for someone else’s parking and got stuck in the parking garage one day since my account wasn’t paid for. They have homeless people sleeping in and around the building. They have been sleeping there for days and Park Roanoke refuses to fix the issue. The homeless sleeping inside had his hands down his pants. Poor management and unclean facility. I canceled my monthly subscription.

Easy to find parking garage. Not crowded if you go early. Clean and located in a location that can be close to all the places you want to get to.

The entrance and entrance gates are broken half the time. The customer service is awful, when we switched to this garage we went into the park Roanoke office and said “hi I need to switch to the Campbell garage” and the heavy set man behind the desk asked my name and said it was handled. 10 months later my parking card is turned off. It turns out this man didn’t handle anything. He set up an entirely new parking account for the new garage and I was left with a $400 bill on a new account. I had been paying to park in the church street garage for 10 months while I didn’t live near it and had been accumulating a balance on a new account I didn’t have access to.
