I used Campbell's company back in 2020 when one of my Daikin Mini Splits went out and needed the mother board replaced. They replaced it and charged me fairly, so I didn't think twice to call them when ONLY ONE of my units quit blowing around Jan 18th 2024. They tech (who was really nice) came out, told me it needed refrigerant, refilled it and left. It was really cold outside so he said it would warm up because it was still blowing cool warm and not hot. The next day it was 50% and still not hot so I called to report it. In the meantime. I went to the mailbox today 1/22/24 and got a bill for $580 to come out, diagnose the problem and put in refrigerant. It's beyond over kill. Had them install 3 units in two house. All of them leaked Freon within 6 months. Service came out and charged me $750 to put more freon in the system. 3 months later all leaked out. The coils were leaking and they just made excuses etc. Warranty work had to be performed by another company. These guys should be avoided at all costs!

I called them after they were closed yesterday and left a message. They called me back first thing today and immediately sent someone who quickly fixed the problem. Otherwise, I would have gone the entire Memorial day weekend without A/C.

I don't know how their service is and never will. I would never call out one of their techs because I've seen how they drive and I don't want them on the road. Unsafe and not courteous. Had one pull right out in front of me on HWY 441 in the rain with no lights on. Had to slam on brakes to avoid rear ending them.

Scammers, lied about everything. He was not here a full 5 minutes. Wrote down what I told him before he even got here and tried to charge me $50 for that. Quoted me $6800 for what another company charged me $500 to do. Avoid them.
