Mark made this the easiest process for us to do while we were moving to another state. He came and did the estimate the day after I called, sent me all of the info I needed via email so that I didn’t have to come into the store, and did the installation after I had already moved. He made an extremely chaotic time stress free, was quick to respond, and such a nice guy. The carpets look fantastic and our house is now move in ready. Highly recommend!

Just an awesome company to buy carpet from..We had carpet installed several years ago and noticed just recently a spot in a bedroom that it had a buckle in it..I called and immediately recognized the upbeat and helpful voice of Linda who we purchased our carpet thur...this speaks highly of a company when the same awesome person is still working for the company. Linda arranged and had Dillon out in 2 days where he did an excellent job of fixing the one room and inspected all the other rooms too at NO CHARGE..what great company to stand behind their product lifetime warranty!! We needed to repair our shower and Cannon Carpet One helped us match tile to the existing tiles. We are very pleased with our experience with every one who helped us, especially Meredith, who worked with us to correct a big error we made on the order.
