Extremely organized, high quality personal, exceptional overall experience dealing with CCHP. From start to finish every step was explained by knowledgeable staff so I could understand what the best direction to take. I met in person with Max to do the initial assessment and formulate a game plan. Unfortunately I had to return to my primary residence over 1000 miles away and wouldn’t be back to the Cape until spring. A few changes needed to be made from the initial game plans which Chris explained and I very much welcomed. Through the entire process I felt profound confidence in the CCHP team and that I was receiving the best possible results for my specific installation. All the while being over 1000 miles away. They came out a couple of times this year. First for the installation of two outdoor electrical outlets where we had none. They (Zack, Dan, Tyler & Bryan) were fantastic. They were efficient with their time and got the job done right. Brett came and performed the annual maintenance on our heat pump system. He also was great. I will use this company for all our future electrical needs.
