Water heater replacement scheduled for a Monday. They showed up late, saying another job took longer than expected. No big deal. They said the water heater work would be completed the following day on Tuesday, between 12-3. No one showed. I called at 3:06, only to be blistered by I presume Spencer. I took two days off from work to accommodate HIS schedule, and the only thing I got was sarcastic remarks like, “Hey, things happen.” If you want an entitled plumber who thinks he doesn’t need to earn your business, you’ve found him. And by the way, the water heater cost was around $600 and he charged $2,500.00 for a 3-4 hour job. I wish I made $300/hour. If you like those prices, Spencer Hallett is your guy!

I had a leaking outdoor shower and was able to get an appt within a few days. I was able to turn off the water so no flooding to worry about. The plumber was professional and polite. He found the leaking pipe easily and repaired it quickly. This was my first experience with Spencer Hallet. I was very pleased with their service and price and have added them as my go to call for a plumber.

The plumbers and assistants that work at Spencer Hallet plumbing are friendly and professional. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the receptionists as well! All of the info/requests I’ve had clearly get passed right to the tradespeople; who make a point to be transparent and communicate what it is they’re doing. Hiring any tradesperson isn’t cheap, but every interaction I have with this company makes me feel like I’m getting great service for the price.

Spencer Hallett has done excellent work for me, from big jobs like installing my on-demand heat and hot water system, to smaller jobs like putting in 2 new exterior faucets recently. The quality of all the work has been excellent, and each team member I've dealt with has been professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate them taking time to answer my questions in an understandable way. I've been using them for quite a few years to handle my plumbing needs, and because of their excellent service and quality work, I will continue to do so. I don't hesitate to recommend them whenever someone asks who I use for plumbing issues.
