Shining Sea Cleaning & Rentals

Shining Sea Cleaning has taken care of my rental in Chatham for the past two Summers and exceeded my expectations. Even on days where they only had a few hours to turn the house, they were thorough and efficient. (Almost every review left about my rental mentioned how clean the home was!) The team is always responsive and lovely to deal with regarding anything I needed which was crucial as I live in another state during the Summer. Having them also offer linen service was a life saver! I cannot recommend their services enough.

Courtney has been extremely attentive to all our needs, whether it’s a last minute add on or deletion of a cleaning service, or just something as simple as emptying humidifiers in the basement. Our guests have given positive reviews about the cleanliness of our home, and she is easy to work with for all days of the week. As new property owners, she has made our experience easier. Courtney and her team have been cleaning our house and our rental property for years. They are awesome! Courtney is fantastic to work with--very flexible and responsive. Her team does an an amazing job on our cleanings and always reaches out to me in a timely way if they notice anything I need to address. I liked Courtney, she seemed like a young professional we were happy to have on our cleaning / turnover rental team. I WAS WRONG. We came after they "cleaned" for our own vacation. She knew we were the next guests. The house is worse than pictures here, and her response was even more disappointing. A bath floor mat was wet on top of the new bathroom hutch. Bathroom floors dirty with urine spots and hair. The kitchen sink was not cleaned and the coffee pot was appalling. The carpets were not vacuumed. There was gummy bears and tissues on the floor and laundry left wet in dryer and washer. Linens were supposed to be part of the turnover. We asked her to stop by to see the work that was done and she was ok with this level of work! "These issues do not seem as alarming to me as they do to you"

This will be our 3rd year using Courtney and her staff of cleaning professionals. We have been very satisfied with the service they have provided. They are very reliable, flexible and responsive to any issues that may arise. We highly recommend them for your cleaning and property maintenance needs.
