I had a pipe burst in my kitchen ceiling and basically took the kitchen,bathroom,laundry room and a full bath in an in-law suite. Erie was on top of it and suggested Capezio to do the work. Well from Tony the estimator to Heather the design specialist I couldn’t have asked for better suggestions on what was to be done. Butch was the project manager and he was in constant contact and what to expect and when. He was always checking in on the workers to make sure they were on schedule and had what they needed. He was professional through the whole process. Mike the cabinet guy/painter and did what ever was awesome. I don’t remember the other guys but they were great also. I highly recommend Capezio Contractors If u need any kind of home improvement or restoration. Great Company and profession

Capezio was great to work with. They helped walk us through the process of filing a claim w our insurance company and the adjustments process. Our project manager, John, was helpful and easy to communicate with. He listened to what we wanted and helped make it happen as quickly as possible. When we wanted a sightly different flooring color, John and his team made an extra effort to find something that matched within our budget. Overall, very satisfied with the result!

My insurance company recommended Capezio for water damage repairs. Their estimator scheduled a walkthrough with me, but never showed up. No call, no heads-up, nothing - despite me rearranging my work schedule to be home. When I contacted the office to report the no-show, I waited hours for a response, only to receive a blunt: 'Sorry for the inconvenience.' Extremely disappointing communication and a total lack of respect for a client's time.

I had a minor flood in my living room and adjacent bedroom. Capezio was wonderful in their assistance in navigating this work. They were available almost immediately and their technicians were polite, efficient and excellent in their jobs. While this work did extend into a few weeks, due to availability of insurance money, they got the job done in an incredibly small amount of time with wonderful results. I would definitely hire them if I ever needed their services again. I would also highly recommend their services to anyone needing their services. They care about their customers satisfaction and stand behind their work.
