We had recently moved to town and wanted to finish an unfinished space in the basement to add an office, a bathroom, bedroom, recreation space and storage. Dave and his team from CDRC were great to work with from start to finish. As in any contracting jobs there were some unexpected things that popped up here and there but I trusted he and his team to work through the options with us and help us select the easiest path forward. In the end we have a high quality living space that feels warm and comfortable and also adheres to all local codes so there will be no issues with safety or occupancy down the road. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that wants to add to their livable space.

CDRC recently built an addition on our house and we couldn't be happier! Dave, Phil, Steve, Andy, and their crews were wonderful to work with. Phil's attention to detail is incredible and Steve is one of the hardest working guys I've ever seen! A construction project always has some surprises and bumps along the way and it's how they are handled and communicated that matter the most. We had a great experience with CDRC. We had an existing vinyl deck that we converted to a screen room. From the planning stages through finished project Dave and Phil were very helpful and thorough. Project was completed for a good price, on time, and we are very happy with the final result. Will definitely look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Dave and is crew are great to deal with. They did a great job finishing the space above our garage and adding a dormer. We would highly recommend CDRC!
