Kind, courteous, professional, knowledgable, skillfull, and incredibly friendly too! What more could you want out of a plumber or any service provider for that matter? In fact, I couldn't have been happier with the entire team from Mr. Rooter of Saratoga Springs - from my first interaction with Karen on the phone through Tyler promptly arriving at my home to scope my system and provide a fair quote through meeting John and the team as the repairs got underway. This is one great operation and one I'll be using for years to come!

My wife and I had a terrible experience with this company. They came out to repair a clogged pipe and were on site for over two hours but failed to fix the problem. Worse, they left the sink leaking and told my wife the issue was fully repaired, then charged us. After realizing the problem was not fixed, we called another company, who resolved the issue in about 30 minutes. The most frustrating part was dealing with ownership regarding a refund. The owner laughed at my wife when she requested one, assured her it would be issued, and now nearly two weeks later we are still waiting. I put out a Yelp request to get a few estimates on some work for my home.Mr. Rooter was the first to call me, and schedule for an estimate. I mentioned that we are selling the house and we were looking to repair an issue with the water pressure for the new owners. The plumber that came by called me and told me his recommendations. Two days later, I received an estimate for much more than what was recommended, and an invoice for the estimate. I responded questioning that estimate charge, because it wasn’t mentioned in advance, and why there was work on the estimate that we were told we wouldn’t need. The woman that responded was nice with her explanations, but it still doesn’t sit right with me to charge for an estimate, or to not say that ahead of time. A week later, she called to follow

John, Tyler, and Karen were wonderful to deal with. I had an immediate plumbing issue with my home built in the 1950’s with plumbing from the 1980’s, and they were able to get out to my home very quickly, and were able to resolve my issue immediately. I have a couple more updates to make to my home (not on an emergency timeline) and I’ll be calling them again!

My water heater broke on Christmas and my family and I needed immediate help with getting a replacement unit.
