JS Asphalt (initials are a coincidence:) completed full, tear-out and re-lay driveways for 2 of our family properties 9/2025. Jim the owner directly viewed both locations and considered the unique leveling required for best water drainage and durability. He gave us very fair pricing, beating 2 other quotes, was prompt, professional, and honest. He also even as the owner, was directly involved in the work aspect of the jobs too. We look forward to JS returning and performing asphalt seal coating next spring (good for 5 years). A really nice generational, local family business. Thank you JS Asphalt.

Jim and his crew did an amazing job. When they came for an estimate visit they listened to what we wanted and gave great advice as to what we should do. When they came to replace our driveway they remembered everything that we talked about during during our estimate. Very professional, honest and clean. I would highly recommended them. JS Asphalt did an outstanding job. I’ve worked in construction for over 50 years and Jim and his team are one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. The team was efficient and courteous. The equipment is spotless and they worked swiftly but not recklessly and they cleaned up beautifully after the job was finished. I highly recommend them.

Jim and his team ripped out my dilapidated driveway, prepared a solid foundation and poured a brand new smooth surface- all in a day. They tied into an existing fresh bit at the bottom and leveled off the side of the garage. Their work is top notch and the price was reasonable. Very happy with the new driveway and very happy with the service!
