Great experience! Nic was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to secure our business. When I told him we found the material we wanted at a competitor, he had no problems sourcing it. Jio the lead installer is a true craftsman and gentleman. His crew of Jesus and Alejandro were great. They all worked so hard from start to finish each day. And when done left our home and their outside work area nice and clean. They installed approx 900 sf of solid hardwood flooring that replaced 4 different types of floors in our home along with all baseboards. We couldn’t be happier, especially pleased with the custom design of our entryway. Would definitely recommend and do business with them again!

Ryan and Shannon are awesome! They helped us choose the right flooring material and guided us along the whole process. They are super responsive and very helpful. The teams they sent out to do our laminate and flooring were both very professional, and did really quality work. I cannot recommend Capital Flooring and Design enough. They walked me through the process of replacing a horrible white carpet with amazing new floors. They were patient and loaned me various samples to take home to make sure I liked them. They were helpful and gave great advice on things that I had not even considered, such as baseboards and continuity across a level in my home. All of their insight made the process easy. The installation was efficient and professional. Their team kept me updated and left my home clean every day after the job, which seemed like an impossible task. The quality of the floors are only beat by the quality of the service.

We recently had our whole condo, which came with concrete floors, redone in floating Marmoleum (natural linoleum) tiles. Capital Flooring and its installers did an excellent job. We love our new floors because they are colorful, water resistant, much easier to clean, and much more comfortable to stand and walk on than the prior floors.

Shannon was amazing to work with. She is very helpful, honest, flexible and professional. Shannon will walk you thru the process and will be honest about delivery and installation expectations. Tim, installer, and his crew were professional, friendly and arrived on time and cleaned up their work area daily. His crew was efficient and worked quickly. After baseboards were installed all floors were vacuumed and looked beautiful. I was expecting the need to clean my house right after installation but that was not needed. They cleaned up after they were done and took away all trash, old flooring and materials. Highly recommend Capital Flooring for all you flooring needs. Added bonus this is a family run business not A big box store. You will become a friend afyer doing business with them.
