Great experience and super quick service! My tenants locked the keys inside the house and they re-keyed the whole house on 20 minutes! Great job!

I called Capital Lock due to a defective lock I had on one of my doors. They came out the next day, fixed that door and made sure my other exterior doors were in correct working order. Their prices were reasonable and I would use them again.

I always try to support our local businesses. So when I need it a remote entry key fob for my car I can stop by. Unfortunately they don't do automobiles, you help your residents your business your safes no problem. But there's more. Not only was he very apologetic that it doesn't do automobiles he provided two names and phone numbers of other local a locksmith that most likely could help me. So helping somebody out and also getting business for other local people I call that professional I call that friendly and I call that great customer service. Thank you next time I need keys for the house or my business you know where I will come.

Nick was dispatched and arrived in 25 minutes. I was locked out of my house and he had me inside in 2 seconds. Unbelievable. Upfront pricing, was the exact price I was quoted on the phone. I would say these guys are dependable, honest, and locally owned. I will definitely call them in the future for my locksmithing needs. No service fee, just honest up-front pricing. Nick was courteous and professional.

I would not call this company at all. The price is most definitely not worth the time they put in How does any company charge a $90 service fee on top of an excessive cost on parts that took only a few minutes to replace. I understand that a company needs to make money and pay for all the overhead. However, there is a right way and wrong way into making money. This company purely does it the wrong way. Most service company usually waives the service fee when the work is being done. And if they don’t the service fee is no more than $35!!!! This was a normal business hour call. Not after hours or the weekend. We won’t call this company and I will most definitely let everyone know how terrible my experience was with them.After speaking with the manager he agreed that NO ONE stated the service
