Capital Lock & Key

After returning home from walking the dogs around 8:15 PM on a Sunday evening, I discovered that I had accidentally locked myself out of my house. Not knowing who to call, I looked up locksmith services on Google. A chain service was the first that popped up and, after contacting them, was told it would be 45 minutes to get to my house, I would have to contact law enforcement to be there with them to let me back in my house since my driver’s license was inside, and then - after seeing a picture of my smart lock - that they actually didn’t have the tools needed to open my door and wouldn’t be able to get me in until 8 AM tomorrow morning at the earliest. Thankfully, I then reached Capital Lock and Key! Jay assured me he would be able to open my door quickly and do so without any damage

I lost my car key at the North Florida Fair, and Capital Lock and Key came through fast! Even with all the traffic, they showed up in about 30 minutes and made two new keys in 15–20 minutes. The locksmith was super nice, chill, and even joked with my friend while he worked. Great service, quick, and reasonably priced — highly recommend!

Jay was excellent! He drove to my house and made me a new fob for my Infinity vehicle for half the price that Infinity dealership would have charged me. He also rekeyed/replaced locks in my home. I needed to feel safe after my purse with keys/fob were stolen. Jay is very trustworthy, caring and kind. He was highly recommended on Next Door App and that's where I found him.
