Capitol Roofing is a masterclass in how not to run a business. I was given one day, then that day suddenly changed, and after that I was completely ignored. No follow-up, no explanation, no basic courtesy message. If you can’t manage your crew, just say that. If you’re overbooked, just say that. Disappearing on a customer instead of communicating isn’t being busy, it’s unprofessional. The most frustrating part is that I could have scheduled another roofer who actually honors commitments and communicates like an adult. Instead, I lost time waiting on someone who apparently thinks ghosting is acceptable customer service. Roofing is about trust. Capitol Roofing doesn’t deserve it. If you value your time or expect basic communication, look elsewhere.

Thanks to Leo, Nick, and their crew for the amazing work they did on my church (commercial) flat roof today. They were honest, on time, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I had 2 other quotes but this was the honest and reasonably priced of them all. I will always do business with them.
