Great service! The customer service rep Katlyn was very accommodating. She was able to secure a prompt delivery for me. They were able to price match and delivered oil heat in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Ordered gas, paid for it. Friday morning they arrive for delivery. "Couldn't find where to deliver it" nobody has ever had a problem finding it. Yes, it's under a bush, yes, it's cold. Did anyone knock on the door? Leave a note? Calling? No. Won't be using this company again. Communication and follow theough is important.

Great experience! New -to-me home ran out of fuel. Called Cap City Oil & they delivered a full tank within two hours. Tim was great! Looking forward to regular deliveries. Thank you CCO!

Being that it was an emergency and a little extra money for the very quick delivery service. I have to say I am very happy and will definitely continue to use capital city oil. Just outstanding service.
