Steven came by for a pre purchase inspection of our house, he showed us and explained everything he was doing to help us better understand what could use some work and why. After that, Jesse and Timothy came to install a water softener, service the boiler, and replace a failing pipe. They were very quick and explained everything they were doing. They left the boiler spotless and they were able to answer any questions I had. Steve, Jesse, and Timothy also installed a new air conditioning unit. Again, they explained and showed me everything. We will definitely continue to use Metro for regular service and maintenance.

So knowledgeable, efficient and they saved me so much money by replacing part of my hot water heater, instead of the entire thing - like other HVAC companies suggested.
