He took the time to explain everything clearly, paid close attention to detail, and made sure the job was done right, not rushed. What I appreciated most was his honest recommendations. He didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and really focused on what made the most sense for our situation and budget. Extra bonus that he was a dog lover and I didn’t have to put the dog away. Technician was pleasant and mannerly. Gave a free estimate. I had the work done, a clogged drain to the curb, and it was cleared in a timely manner. Technician cleaned the area and made sure I tested and was happy with the completed work. Technician will also come back with a camera to see if there are any further issues.

Rob came out to unclog our drain pipe at 10 pm . He went over and above to fix our problem and checked pipe the hole way to street to make sure it was good and not broke . He explained everything he was doing to me while doing it . Would definitely recommend Rob from Roto Rooter to anyone in need of a plumber!!

I just wanted to say, I appreciate Chris for calling me back in the middle of the night on call and helping me turn off my water to deal with my water leak when a different plumbing company would only answer via an A.I. assistant.
