I have been working with Leslie Deppen at Thermotech and I am thrilled with her customer service. She is a true champion of making things run smoothly, having fantastic communication skills, and always being on Point when anything is needed. The whole team is fantastic to work with and they do great work with repairs. Leslie always goes above and beyond to make sure all connections are made and I appreciate her. Wow! Call no one else! We had an emergency heat problem just days before a huge snowstorm, called ThermoTech, who promptly placed us on the schedule and Joe & Dave were at our house the same afternoon! Ron and Dave came out to my apartment today. My heat was not working. This was the second time they were here because, they had to order a part the first time. They stayed all day to be sure it was fixed and working properly. Ron came in and explained everything to me. He was polite and informative. Thanks guys! I’d give more stars if I could.

As a Commonwealth employee, we frequently use Thermotech as our go-to for all refrigerated pieces throughout the Harrisburg area. The Commonwealth can be a pain to deal with and Lesli Deppen the dispatcher that I deal with is the best. She is very communicative with me and service techs always arrive promptly. Thermotech is a great company to work with, reasonably priced, and the work speaks for itself. Easy to deal with Thermotech but especially Lesli Deppen! Thanks Thermotech!
