Captain Clean

I live in Buffalo and bought a nursery chair that needed a deep clean off FB Marketplace. I called 307 cleaning services here in Buffalo and they refused to clean my nursery chair unless I had $100 worth of service for them to do. I called Captain Clean and they were more than happy to clean my nursery chair. I explained that it wasn’t a rush so the next time they happened to be in Buffalo to add me to the list. I even brought my nursery chair out on my front porch to make it easier for everyone. Colton was very professional and did an amazing job cleaning my nursery chair. I will only be giving them my business since the cleaning services in Buffalo refused to clean my chair but Colton came all the way from Sheridan to gladly clean it for me.

Luke was amazing! My sister's sewer backed up. The owner of the first company that responded refused to give us a straightforward estimate, argued with us and left. After a glowing recommendation from a realtor familiar with his work, I called Captain Clean, and Luke came right over on a Friday night. He told me exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Then he got to work immediately. He went way beyond my expectations. I was absolutely thrilled! Excellent service, kindness and cleanliness for a more than reasonable price. I am still on a high over how pleased I was. He took a difficult, stressful situation and simply fixed it.😀

Luke saved the day. We had a sewage overflow and after having a terrible time with Bobs cleaning service, we called captain clean. Luke came right over and got the job done and did everything we asked. He was very nice, helpful, and professional. He charged us a very fair price as well. I Used this company in the past, but I was informed that they had a new owner that was honest and did good work. I’m glad I tried this company again it was a great experience. Luke turned a stressful situation around. I highly recommend!

We had an incident in our office the other day which created a huge mess that put one of our treatment rooms out of commission until it was cleaned. We called up Captain Clean and they had a team over in a matter of 20-30 minutes. They were quick and professional, and we are so grateful that they came to help us so we could continue to help our patients at full capacity! Thank you Captain Clean!

We have used Captain Clean for over 10 years for our general carpet and area rug cleaning, and recently to clean out HVAC ductwork. They are consistently professional and do a great job, especially with pet stains. Their prices are reasonable with never any surprise extra charges. Fortunately we have never had water damage but a friend did and raved about their water removal service. We highly recommend Captain Clean!
