Powder River Heating & AC

We had a hot water disaster on a Sunday and could not get scheduled with most plumbers for two weeks! Called Powder River and they were there the next day. Dalton showed up and treated us quickly and kindly. I highly recommend Powder River Plumbing.

HAVAC guy came on a weekend and evaluated my furnace. He was patent with me and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to purchase anything, or agree to any services. Just friendly service from start to finish. I did elect to have a new furnace installed, and again, friendly and respectful service was received!

They helped me out with free help until I couldn’t find the problem. I had a tech come find the issue. He was very polite and professional. He ordered the part for me and I installed it. I found the part cheaper but couldn’t get it here as fast as they did for me so I just paid for it. Thanks for all of your help.

New furnace installed 20 year-old one Removed due to cracks that could leak carbon monoxide into the house. Excellent work by Daniel the repair and maintenance guy that diagnose this problem. I would recommend him to anybody also top notch Service by Ken Thorpe, whom I have bought all of my furnaces over the last 30 years from because he’s very trustworthy and honest

Had a plumbing emergency. I called 2 other places and was told it would be after hours at a higher rate. I called Powder River, they came out and the problem was fixed in a little over an hour. Great service.
