Total Comfort is a top notch company that has always been a pleasure to work with. We had them install mini splits at our old house and they just wrapped up installing a new furnace and AC system at our new house. Each time has been an absolute pleasure and high quality work. Clayton and Riley spent the last 2 days at our house installing the new system. Their professionalism, attitude, knowledge, work ethic and customer service was above and beyond what anyone could ask for. The quality of their work was top tier and obvious that they take pride in their profession. Total Comfort is a fantastic company and will continue to be my first call for anything heating and AC related.

Our heater went out completely. Someone came out and explained the problem and that our furnace was 30 years old. I called several companies in Sheridan, WY and Total Comfort was one. Jason came out and explained everything with great detail, he was knowledgeable and just a nice person. The quote he gave us and the quick assistance we got was amazing. A couple days later we were getting ready for the install, the weather was about to turn bad, single digits, and snow. The wind had shut down the highway, and the new equipment was stuck in Gillette. Michael drove to Gillette and back to get our unit and came back and finished installing it. We had heat just in time for the storm. We purchased a new AC unit at the same time and Clayton and Rio came out and got that all hooked up and they help

Clayton and Riley came out and installed a heater in my garage. They did a nice clean install. Very professional and easy to deal with. Will definitely use them for any future projects.

Clayton, Riley and Rio did an excellent job seamlessly adding AC to my force air heated home. Even despite a minor setback, they maintained absolute professionalism and got the work done in a timely manner.

I am not a pellet stove expert, so I needed someone to help diagnose why my stove isn't working right (came with the home I just bought). I requested someone come to provide a quote on a pellet stove, the technician came, essentially told me they can't help fix my pellet stove (best they can do is remove the pellets) and that I should call a different service provider (within the first 5 minutes of our exchange). He then dusted off some parts in the back. After getting charged for the hour $120 without any more information on what is wrong with my stove or how much it will cost to fix it, I called the store to try and negotiate the bill. They are sending another person to take a look (free of charge) and help give me some answers at least. This was nice considering I just wanted an estimat
