Hail damaged our double and single garage doors. Because we needed to keep our insurance company happy, we visited three local dealers and found Vertical Door to be the most professional and they were able to meet our insurance allocation. You will be happy with their service.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! My experience was problematic from the get go. I called for service June 30th. My torsion bar was broken and needed converted to spring. It was a Friday so I wasn't expecting much. Trent, said it's a holiday, July 4th, Tuesday, so he couldn't get us in until Wednesday. He said he would call Wednesday and give us a window that they would come. Perfect. This was no emergency, so this was great. Wednesday came and went. No call, nothing. Thursday I call and Trent says, oh yeah! They had totally forgotten about us. Ok fine. We set up a time. The service guys show up and get to measuring right away. They were friendly. One of the guys asked do you want a quote o if we should get started. I had looked up online on Angie's list, this old house, Bob Vila etc, and they

Trent did a great for us. I had damaged one of the panels on my door and they patiently waited till all of the replacement parts came in. One they arrived, he was at our house within a day or two and got everything running again in about 2 hours. Plus checked both openers and adjusted as needed so they work properly. Communication and customer service is awesome..thanks!

WOW!!! I cannot say enough about the service and product from Vertical Door Solutions!! I called when my garage door wouldn't open, the spring had snapped! I found Vertical Door Solutions on Facebook and read the reviews, thinking I would at least get an estimate, right? Heidi, not only had an estimate to me within the day but offered to have Trent come out to get the door repaired & operational until a new one could be ordered!!! And they were at my house that day! We just had the new door installed today and I am just AMAZED at the product quality, timeliness of service and professionalism!!! Kudos, Heidi and Trent!!!! I am so glad I called!!! This is a remarkable company and I recommend them highly!!
