Bolt prices are crazy. I bought 1 inch x 3/8 bolts and they cost $3.69 each. Home depot sells 5 for $3.13 with free delivery. I will admit their bolt display allowed me to find the exact size and threads I was looking for and the sales people were very friendly. But really 4 times the cost! Response to owner. I commented to the cashier about the crazy price and the comment I got was everything with steel was really expensive. Sure would have been nice if he would have told me "these are chrome, we have cheaper bolts" Can't return them. I used them already.

Cardinal Home center is always my go to for anything needed House and tool related. Always well staffed with happy people ready to help and answer any questions. Highly recommend.

No return or exchange policy, just the experience was less than customer service oriented. Just not how I would expect an interaction, assisted until I needed to return and get something else was advised. “ sorry I can’t really take it back to sell again it’s kinda a warranty thing.” Just wouldn’t recommend this place to get tools. Staff do not want to be bothered unless the interaction involves a sale even if they get you the wrong tool for the job.

Changing my review from a prior review. Mark and David went out of their way to resolve my issues after a supplier issue. David worked out a plan gave me the customer service that was beyond expectations. Kudos to the team for turning a bad situation into a great one. If you have issues, ask for Mark (manager).
