We hired Shaun and his crew from S & M Handyman Services recently to help renovate and modernize our home at Lake Anna. Shaun was very prompt in meeting with us and discussing our needs and desires. We had 3 projects in mind, and after getting his very reasonable estimate, we had them start right away on all of them. They set our kitchen cabinets, did a beautiful job adding new windows, and last but not least, designed and installed a cable rail system for our stairs. All the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Shaun was always willing to take a call and discuss changes or additional items and work up an estimate by the next day. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend giving them a call for your projects!

I have been thrilled with our partnership with S&M Handyman Services. There are a couple of things that are really important to me in working with a contractor: Communication: We’ve worked with many contractors in the past and communication has been all over the place. My husband and I have two incredibly demanding jobs and two young children . Clear and timely communication isn’t only important to us; it’s a necessity. I’ve been very discouraged with the lack of communication with contractors in the past and had reservations heading into a big project 1.5+ hours from our home base. Excellent work! Very happy with the outcome of our basement project!. These rooms initially were completely unfinished, thanks to S & M Handyman Services, we now enjoy these additional spaces in our home. Flooring, painting, framing, custom bathroom finishing, TV hanging, etc.. S & M Handyman Services do it all at a fair price! Highly recommend!..

Shaun, one of the owners is very professional and flexible. Always responsive to my questions and completed all my projects on time and was flexible with my schedule and payment. My favorite 2 projects that he and his team did was that they knocked out a window and replaced it with an entry door to the basement and replaced our outdoor stair railings. Shaun himself was hands on at times as well! Thank you Shaun and team on all of your hard work!

Excellent experience. Installed a patio door after taking out french doors. Professional job and friendly. These guys were the best. Give them a try. 100% recommend.
