Try to support small business but it cost me this time. Bought a motor for hvac unit that was briefly hooked up, never ran the motot because there was other issues. Was immediately put back in the box and tried to return within a week with receipt. Rejected return saying it was installed. Was going to buy the additional parts I needed for the unit but I can’t take the risk. Wish I had bought from a big box store, they honor a return system with undamaged products with receipts. If I had gone big box they would’ve returned it no problem and I wouldn’t be stuck with a brand new hvac motor that I don’t need. Be careful and make sure you have exactly what you need before purchasing because they won’t return it.

I’m so grateful for the quick help from the owner of the company. When I had a leak at my meter, the owner came out to my house personally before the Town of Mineral workers could get there. He helped shut off the water and even helped diagnose the issue. This is exactly what makes living in a small town so special — neighbors and local businesses looking out for each other. Truly above and beyond service!

Great group of people work here. if you need anything plumbing or electrical for your home I highly recommend trying here first.

Will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I’m in there a couple times a week. This place goes above and beyond in the customer service industry unlike ALL the big box stores. They treat like family and move importantly a human being. Very centrally located. Prices are very reasonable. Check it out if you haven’t already
