He came when if was convenient for me, as I work long hours. He met me at my home on a Wednesday night. He brought all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. When we first made contact about the roof of the church, we set up an appointment at the church for an estimate. Jon Morris of Cardinal Roofing came out and completed a thorough inspection by not just looking at the roof from the ground but by inspecting while on the roof. After that he asked me to let him know when the insurance adjusters would come by to do their inspection and that he would be there to represent me and the church. I let him know what time to be there and he was there. He got on top of the roof with the adjusters to make sure they didn’t miss anything and we were in constant communication by phone after that. John and Roy did a great job cleaning our roof and gutters. They were very thorough and made sure to blow off the porch, deck and any areas where debris fell during the cleaning. Free roof inspection, first with drone, then actually going up onto the roof and taking close up photos for submission of proof of damage to insurance company. Brent was willing to go up onto the roof at a second visit to satisfy the requirements of my insurance company.
