I needed a quote for ductless mini-splits in our single-family home here in Poway (~1,800 sq ft). Shawn came out and educated me on my options, and I settled on a tri-zone split plus a single large unit for the living room/common areas. I went with Mitsubishi and opted for both cooling and heating. They were able to schedule me without delay and the entire job took about 2.5 days. The teams were professional and courteous and we had excellent communication throughout. Very pleased with the quality of work. Our kitchen sinks were backing up. Carini was able to come the next day and do a thorough cleaning of the drains. Unfortunately, the next day they backed up again. They were quick to come out a second time and even comped us the visit. On top of the great service, Adán was friendly, courteous, explained what had most likely happened so that the clog didn't clear the first time, and even put everything back under our sink in a neat and tidy fashion.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Carini Home Services. The team was thoughtful, experienced, and knowledgable in each interaction. My mother is elderly, and the work was being done in her home. We thought the process of replacing her heating and air system would be daunting. However, they communicated each step of the process, took their time in ensuring her mind was put at ease, and went out of their way to answer any questions we had and provided an array of options. I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but I can no longer bite my tongue. We have been very patient, understanding, and polite but now I just feel taken advantage of... and mind you this was a $20k job. This is going on 10 months now... After purchasing our new home, we decided we needed to get central heat & air. My mom is disabled and has medical conditions and is on certain medications that explicitly warn her to avoid heat/hot weather conditions. So, we made an appointment with Carini after reading great reviews and a positive previous experience with Clint for a gas line fix at our old home. We signed the proposal for a heat pump and air handler on 12/16 and was told the job could be done by 12/24, if not by NYE. Well, some space and product dimension issues arose and caused a slight delay

3 for 3 with Carini Home Services. They installed our HVAC system on 2008 and has been out twice for service calls. Both service calls were scheduled quickly and easily with the service performed with success. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done. Thanks for the heat just before a surprise rain!
