They were the fastest plumbing company to respond (we’re still waiting to hear back from another plumber), and the person who helped us schedule the appointment was very friendly and helpful. John and his partner came out, checked everything thoroughly, and took the time to explain how plumbing issues like this can happen. this fall i had a leak in my water pipes at home. my place in keizer is pretty old, about 71 years, and still had a lot of old galvanized plumbing. this was actually the second time i had a leak there. my old plumber stopped doing smaller repair jobs, so they sent me over to carl & sons plumbing & gas. when i called, geoffrey in customer service was really helpful. then braden came out and fixed the leak quickly and did a solid job. while he was there, he let me know that all those old galvanized pipes could be swapped out for new plastic piping, since the old ones were wearing out. john came by later to give me a quote, and i thought it was a good price so i went with it. a few days later, the crew showed up right on time and worked hard for the next four days to get everything done. ever

I recently called Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas to check out a leak in our kitchen faucet that was starting to damage the cabinet below the sink. The space under our farmhouse sink was really cramped, so it wasn’t easy for Nolan to reach everything he needed to replace the faucet. He clearly explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions before getting started. The old faucet was brass and stuck in place, so he had to carefully saw it off to remove it. The way the previous owners installed everything made it even trickier, since the base had to be cut just to get the sprayer out.
