Back in December Carl Volkman And Sons replaced our household furnace and AC system. We first met with Carl for an estimate. He was courteous, professional, listened to us, and didn't try to upsell us. And we went with him after receiving his estimate with a great price. He worked with us to schedule the installation well before year's end in order to qualify for the federal tax rebate. His two HVAC techs who did the installation were also fantastic. It had snowed the day before and was below freezing on the installation date, but they had no complaints about trudging back and forth to their van in the snow, and having to install the new outdoor AC compressor.
