The owner is genuinely kind and easy to work with, and the technicians were fantastic—professional, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing. They came out quickly, explained everything clearly, and communication was excellent from start to finish. It’s hard to find a reliable local HVAC company you can truly trust, but this is it. We won’t use anyone else going forward.

Just had coolez install a new furnace and water heater. Had a combi unit installed 2018 from another company and it broke down. Called coolez and what a quick response from them, and what a fantastic owner and also his employees.Would never again go with a big company name I will stick with coolez going forward.
