We reached out to get our gas furnace serviced. They responded quickly and were able to come out the next day. They were thorough, explained things, made sure our furnace was working properly and safely, and it was affordable.

I had a great experience with Family Heating and Cooling for an oil boiler tune-up. Their technician, Akim, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what the issue was. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no pressure or surprises. I found this company on the Nextdoor app. They came highly regarded . When I went to make the appt. the receptionist was friendly and vwry helpful. They were able to schedule me within 2 days of calling! They gave me a 2 hour window when to expect the technician. The morning of the scheduled visit They even sent me a reminder text when he was on his way. Surprisingly, they included a picture of him and his name. Akim arrived 30 minutes in to the 2 hour window. He assessed the situation and told us up front what needed to be done.He also gave us an estimate before starting any work. Since I had mentioned that we were interested in their maintenance program. Because we signed up for it, the visit fee was waived. Akim was friendly and professional. While there was initially some confusion around pricing, the owner personally reached out, took responsibility, and worked with me to resolve the issue fairly and professionally. I truly appreciate the transparency, accountability, and willingness to make things right. The technician was knowledgeable, and once management got involved, the customer service was excellent. Hello all, I wanted to tell everyone about experience with Family Heating & Cooling. They are based in Center Valley. They are hands down the greatest business I have ever dealt with! My heatpump stopped working on Monday so I gave them a call to have someone come give me an estimate. By 9:30 am, Marc, the sales guy was at my house. He gave me a price and I told him I would him know. Before me left he asked me if I needed any space heaters or anything. I called Brandon Weiss, the owner or one of the owners of the company. That was at 4:00 pm and he said we can get me on the schedule in day or two.
